Clear the lot. Hand the next trade clean ground.

Building a house, cutting a driveway, dropping in a septic field, or running a fence line you can't get to for the trees — that's lot clearing, and it's a different animal than one yard tree. We bring the crew, the bucket truck, and the chipper to builders, developers, and landowners across Trumbull and Mahoning counties, clear to your site lines, and haul it out clean.

For builders, developers & landowners

Lot Clearing · Crew-scale work

One tree is a removal. A wooded lot is a project — and projects have schedules, site lines, and other trades waiting on you. We treat it that way. When a builder hands us a pad to open or a developer needs a row of lots cleared, the same four of us run it start to finish; no rotating day-labor wandering across your site, no subs we can't vouch for.

The jobs come in a few shapes. A build site that needs the footprint opened up. A new driveway or utility run where the corridor has to be cut to width. A septic field that can't go in until the trees come off it. A fence line buried in saplings and brush. And the landowner who just wants twenty acres of overgrown back lot turned back into usable ground. We've done all of them around here.

What separates a clearing crew worth hiring is what the lot looks like when they leave. We grind the stumps so the excavator and the auger hit clean ground, run the brush through the chipper, and deal with the trunk wood — hauled, stacked, or left for you. No burn pile, no slash, no tangle for the next trade to fight. You get a lot that's ready to build on.

Local · Northeast Ohio

We know the ground out here.

A lot of the building around Trumbull and Mahoning happens on wooded parcels in the rural townships — Greene, Mecca, Bazetta, out toward the Bristolville end — where the back acreage is full of mature hardwood and a stand of borer-killed ash that has to come out before anyone pours a footer. We work these townships every week, we know how to get equipment in and out of soft rural ground, and we're close enough to keep a multi-day clearing job moving on your schedule.

Questions, answered

Lot clearing · FAQ

Do you clear lots for builders and developers?

Yes — builders, developers, and landowners are exactly who this service is for. Whether it's a single building pad on a wooded lot or a string of trees coming off a new driveway and utility run, we bring the crew, the bucket truck, and the chipper and clear what the plan calls for. We work to your site lines and your timeline, and we keep the same crew on it start to finish.

Can you clear a path for a driveway, septic, or fence line?

That's a big chunk of what we do. New driveway cut, a leach field that needs the trees off it, a fence line you can't run because there's twenty feet of brush and saplings in the way — we clear the corridor to the width you need and grind the stumps so the excavator or the post auger has clean ground to work. Mark the lines or walk it with us and we'll clear to them.

What do you do with all the trees and brush?

It goes out clean. Brush and smaller material runs through the chipper; trunk wood is cut to length and hauled, left on site if you want it, or stacked out of the way — your call. We don't leave a burn pile or a tangle of slash for you to deal with after we pull off. The lot's ready for the next trade when we're done.

How do you price a lot-clearing job?

Multi-tree clearing is priced on the size of the area, how many trees and what size, the terrain, and how much access we have to get equipment in. It's not a per-stump number — we walk the lot, look at the plan, and give you a written scope and price for the whole job, free. For builders running multiple lots, talk to us about doing them together.
